Lawnscaping Challenge #120- Christmas


Happy Monday, It is hard to believe that Christmas is only a few days away! I am beyond excited to spend time with my family. I have a fun little Christmas card that I made in celebration of the holiday season. This card is for the current Lawnscaping Challenge, and the theme is Christmas. I wanted to also challenge myself a little more by combining only one Christmas themed stamp set with a few non seasonal sets.

Good morning! Today I am sharing my project for the current Lawnscaping Challenge #119- Tag It. I actually love making tags, they are so versatile and you can do so much with them. You can make them as simple or as elaborate as you want. I created a fun shaker snow globe with my favorite little yeti inside of it.

Lawn Fawn - 25 Days of Christmas Tags

Good morning! I am so excited to share my Lawn Fawn project I created for 25 Days of Christmas Tags. This event has been created by Tracey McNeely and I am honored to be participating in it! With a little masking, I was able to create a snowy outdoor scene. I layered tiny snowflakes on top of my stamped images. Pearls, ribbon, twine, and a red rhinestone add texture and dimension to my tag.

Good morning! I hope you had a great weekend. It is hard to believe that November is already here. The holiday season has almost begun, and it is great time to show people that you care about them. I colored my coffee cups on kraft paper to create a warm effect.

Lawnscaping Challenge #114- One Layer Card


Happy Monday! Today I am sharing a card for the current Lawnscaping Challenge. The challenge is to create a one layer card. I must say this was a challenge for me, but it was definitely fun. I love my pattern papers, die cuts and embellishments so a challenge without those is a little tricky for me. With some masking and keeping my fingers crossed, I was able to create a fun little card of adorable framed portraits of farm animals.

Lawnscaping Challenge #113- Texture, Texture, Texture


Good morning and happy Monday! Today I am sharing a card for the current Lawnscaping Challenge which is texture! I created a fun little under the sea birthday card for a dear friend of mine. My friend loves the color purple so I just had to incorporate it into my card. I chose to pair the purple with a peach, and mint green to create a soft color palette. I embossed the base of my card to create texture in the background.

Lawnscaping Challenge #112- Embossing


Good morning! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Today I am sharing a little bag I created for the current Lawnscaping Challenge, which is embossing. You are able to do heat, dry, or embossing paste. I chose to use two embossing folders to create my texture. I always think it is magic when it goes through the machine! My project was inspired by the summer. Sadly we all know fall is right around the corner, and kids have already gone or will be attending school soon. I created a little beach scene with a happy little crab eating an ice cream cone.

Lawnscaping Challenge #110- Color Inspired by the Rainbow


Happy Monday! Today I am sharing a card that I created for the current Lawnscaping Challenge. The challenge is to create a project that is inspired by the colors of the rainbow. I created card that has a more muted rainbow color palette. With some simple masking, I created a colorful multi-scoop ice cream cone.

Jenn Shurkus' 10th Blogiversary Celebration


Hey everyone, I can not even contain my excitement for my blog post today! Today I have a very special card to share with you. I created this card for Jenn Shurkus' 10th Blogiversary Celebration. Jenn is an amazingly talented artist and crafter, and I am honored to be celebrating her 10 year blogiversary. She is explores new techniques, and always produces fabulous projects!

My CASE card was inspired from a card Jenn created for Simon Says Stamp Challenge: Add a Little Texture. I absolutely love the mixture of medias and techniques she used. I must say, her card inspired me to finally use embossing paste! It is so much fun to use, I love layering color on top of it too.

Lawnscaping Challenge #109- Sparkle and Shine


Happy Monday! Today I am sharing a card for the current Lawnscaping Challenge. The challenge is to create a project that is sparkly or shiny or even a combination of the two! There are so many different embellishments and materials you can use for this challenge.  I chose to use super glittery cardstock. I added clear circle epoxy stickers to create dew drops in my little garden scene. I love how the all my stamped images pop against the glitter backdrop. I paired the glitter cardstock with Lawn Fawn pattern paper.
